1. General Policy

• Bear Valley Camp operates as an eco‑friendly wilderness lodge near forest zones; guests are expected to respect nature and local community norms.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by management.

• Rates, inclusions, and taxes are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Booking & Payment

• Full payment or a 50% advance is required to confirm reservations.

• Balance payment must be completed before or at check‑in.

• No refund or cancellation possible after Check-in

• Accepted modes: online transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or cash at reception.

• Group bookings (more than 6 guests) require prior written confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Refund

More than 30 days : 75% refund

30–14 days : 50% refund

Less than 14 days : No refund

No‑show or early departure - No refund

Refunds are processed within 10 working days after cancellation confirmation.

4. Check‑in / Check‑out

• Check‑in: 1:00 PM  Check‑out: 11:00 AM

• Early check‑in or late check‑out subject to availability and additional charges.

• Valid government ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License) required for all guests.

5. Camp Conduct

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

• Alcohol consumption is allowed within private cottage premises; public intoxication is strictly prohibited.

• Guests must not disturb wildlife or venture outside camp boundaries without authorized guides.

• Littering, bonfires outside designated zones, or feeding animals is prohibited.

6. Safety & Liability

• Bear Valley Camp follows forest safety protocols; guests must comply with staff instructions during treks or safaris.

• The camp is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

• Adventure activities (trekking, cycling, wildlife walks) are undertaken at guests’ own risk.

• Medical emergencies will be assisted to the nearest facility; charges borne by the guest.

7. Environmental Responsibility

• Water and electricity are limited resources; guests are requested to use them judiciously.

• Plastic use is discouraged; biodegradable alternatives are provided.

• Waste segregation bins are placed across the property.

• Camp lighting and sound levels are maintained to minimize disturbance to wildlife.

8. Children & Pets

• Children below 10 years stay complimentary; 10–15 years charged at child rate.

• Pets allowed only in designated cottages with prior approval; owners must ensure hygiene and control.

9. Force Majeure

• The camp shall not be held responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Jurisdiction

• All disputes are subject to Panna District, Madhya Pradesh jurisdiction.
